LINCOLN, Neb. — The Nebraska Supreme Court on Friday rejected an appeal by a man who sought damages for psychological trauma from a deadly boating accident.
In doing so, the high court upheld Nebraska's standard for recovering damages for psychological trauma even though the victim was not physically injured.
