Kiddie Pool Captains - Boating is not child's play

Last August, deputies Shawn Gallagher and Todd Grieb of the Dutchess County (N.Y.) Sheriff’s Office were on boat patrol when they received a report of an unusual vessel in the Hudson River – an inflatable children’s pool, manned by two college-age men using sticks instead of oars.
