Police recover boating supplies from eBay seller (Elkhart Truth) NOBLE COUNTY -- Twenty-five boat propellors were recovered by Indiana State Police on Sunday from a Noble County eBay seller. The props, suspected to be stolen, were found with the help of an area boat owner who was the victim of boat-prop theft a few months ago.
