Coast Guard Tows Fishing Vessel into Mayport (First Coast News) JACKSONVILLE, FL -- A 36-foot commercial fishing vessel was towed into Mayport by Coast Guard crews after becoming stranded on Thursday. The Lady Diane, whose home port is Jacksonville, had three crewmembers on board when transmission trouble left the boat adrift in open waters.
