Boating injuries sink (Florida Today) While boating fatalities have fallen nationally, they continue to rise in Florida. But in Brevard County, boating injuries have declined. Boating fatalities show no trend, with zero in 2003 and then three last year. From 2000 to 2002, two boaters died each year.
