MARATHON, FL: A well known Southwest Florida golf club director died in a boating accident in the Florida Keys Wednesday.
Rick Tatum suffered fatal injuries when two vessels collided off Marathon Key around 8:30 a.m., according to Florida Fish and Wildlife. Three other people were injured.
Tatum was pronounced dead at an area hospital. This is an update story. Second update re: services.
