Life Jackets - Can someone make one that people will actually wear
If you read much about boating and boating deaths you will quickly realize that most boating deaths could be avoided if people would merely wear a life jacket.
Why can't they make one that people will wear at all times. In this day and age of space age technologies there has to be a company or individual that could invent one.
Do we need a law that says that all people must always wear life jackets on boats at all times?
