$10 Million Fine In Alaska Freighter Grounding, NTSB At Issue

ANCHORAGE, ALASKA—IMC Shipping Co. Pte. Ltd., a Singapore corporation, has entered into an agreement to plead guilty in federal court to two violations of the Refuse Act for the illegal discharge of oil and soy beans and one violation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act for the killing of thousands of migratory birds.
