A Beaver Falls native who survived nine years of special operations missions in some of the world's most dangerous areas died Sunday in a boating accident at a military family picnic in Texas.
As I said yesterday …boating can take us to perilous places. It all seems so safe but the water can be extremely hazardous. This is a tragic story.
