Bourbon Dolphin - Tragic tug had listed badly in previous incident, hearing told

Bourbon Dolphin A HEARING into the Bourbon Dolphin tragedy in which eight people died off the coast of Shetland in April has resumed in Norway. The Norwegian Government Commission has been hearing more evidence in Ålesund in a hearing which started yesterday and continued today. Bent Botten, a journalist on the Sunnmørsposten Norwegian newspaper, provides this report which has been translated into English by a Shetland-based linguist. Dwayne
