Police Confirm Body Recovered Is James Noel

MIAMI -- Two boats collided over the weekend, killing a 20-year-old college student, leaving seven others seriously injured and one man missing, authorities said Sunday.

Monica Burguera, of 1155 Brickell Bay Drive, was in a boat at about 10:30 p.m. with seven other people aboard. They were being towed by another boat near the Rickenbacker Causeway between Miami and Key Biscayne.

The accident occurred when a powerboat crashed into a boat carrying eight Florida International University students, The Miami Herald said. The students' boat was allegedly rented and did not have working lights, the Herald said.
