Woman killed when sailboat, tanker collide - the Essence

A woman aboard a 92-foot, Greenwich-bound sailboat was killed yesterday morning when the vessel collided with a 600-foot freighter in the eastern Long Island Sound, U.S. Coast Guard officials said.

The freighter crew in the fatal collision tested negative for alcohol.
