Bloglines - Arrest focuses light on records

Bloglines user Lawboat (lawboat@comcast.net) has sent this item to you, with the following personal message:

If you read the articles below about this case it is very tragic. The man killed was the father of two kids. He was allegedly impaired himself at the time of the accident and may have been engaging the man charged (a friend) in horseplay. The charged man has a history of drinking. They say the "culture of risk taking" may have played a part in this. These grown men were safety officers. They both knew better. This is tragic and two small kids are left without their dad who loved the holidays. Who is to blame??
