I posted this yesterday. I think there could be some merit to these parent's claim. Although markers are rarely lit they can be dangerous. With so many boaters on the water with limited experience why can't we find a way to make lighting on the water better?? Not just on markers but on boats and other structures. Lighting on the water seems to me to be antiquated and not in touch with the demands of modern populations of boaters.
