Tougher Laws for Drunk Boating

In New York:

A New York law, propelled in part by the tragic death of a Deer Park girl last summer, would bring boating-while-intoxicated laws in line with DWI laws.

and in Michigan:

 - Someone who is too drunk to drive a car still can legally run a boat in Michigan. That could change under a plan before the state Legislature.
