Tug Valour Sinking, Weather and Cause

Was the weather that was encountered by the Tug Valour when she went down expected and anticipated or not?? Did it change or get worse than the crew or company anticipated? Was it unusual or normal for that area and time of year? How much a factor was it in this casualty? We have cited several articles below but they do not address these issues. Dwayne
